Quick answers about the referral program.
When do I get paid?
Cash rewards are processed within 30 days of a confirmed conversion. Service credits are applied to your next invoice. Recurring payouts are batched monthly once your balance reaches the R500 threshold.
How is a "conversion" defined?
A conversion is when a referred contact signs a service agreement or platform subscription with Jali Digital Solutions. Simply clicking a link or submitting a form does not trigger a reward.
Can I refer to multiple divisions?
Yes. You can generate separate referral codes per division, or use a general code. Each conversion is rewarded at the rate corresponding to the division the new client signs with.
Is there a cap on how much I can earn?
No cap. As a public referrer you earn R150 per conversion, unlimited. Client and affiliate rewards are percentage-based with no maximum.
What if my referred contact already knows JDS?
If the contact has never had a formal engagement or active contract with JDS, they are eligible. If they are already in active discussions with our sales team, speak to us directly and we'll handle attribution fairly.
